Q. How do I get an appointment?
A. First fill out the form on the Contact Us page. It's super important to include pictures of yourself in the dress, even if it's the sample dress you said yes to. If you don't have any or a way to take some then stock photos will have to do.
Please tell us what you think it needs and we'll get you pricing in 48 hours or less. We have a helpful list of Tailoring items on our Services page to help.
Q. What if I am trying to lose weight?
A. Any weight loss or gain after your initial fitting that constitutes additional tailoring will result in additional fee's. Usually at the same cost of the original tailoring service. So, it's our recommendation that you try to achieve the physic you want before you start the tailoring.
Q. When should I start the tailoring process?
A. We are in very high demand from Brides all across the Nation, so we recommend you initiate the process by submitting the form on our Contact Us page no later than 2 months before your wedding. The majority of our Brides start 6 months before their wedding.
Q. What do I need to bring to my first fitting?
A. Please bring the shoes you will be wearing or shoes of the same height and any shape wear you plan to wear. We do stock and sell high quality Steel corsets that can reduce your waist up to 4 inches as well as custom made enhancing foundation garments to give you a booty, adhesive bra's with push up features for bust sizes up to E cup size and other magical things.
Bring any aplique or fabric you need added to your dress.
Q. How much do I need to pay at my first appointment?
A. You will have already paid your fitting fee since it's paid before your appointment. 50% of your invoice will be due at your first fitting. The full balance is required to be paid in full no less than 10 days before your final delivery.
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept most Credit Cards but a 3.5% transaction fee will be added to avoid this fee we also accept; Cash, Venmo, The Cash App and Apple Pay.
Q.Do you have any discounts?
A. Yes, we Proudly offer a Military Discount whether you or your intended is Active Military we will need to verify with a Military I.D. that is the only discount we offer.
Q. Do you sell dresses?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Can I bring people to my fittings?
A. We strongly recommend you have your first fitting by yourself. When there are guests it can create a stressful environment for you go with tailoring choices that might go against a loved ones opinion. But, yes, be our guest. We can accommodate up to 2 of your guests. We do advise you to have someone attend your final fitting to learn details about the bustle and any particular details about getting your dress securely buttoned and laced.
Q. How long will it take to get my dress finished?
A. On our standard lead time depending on the time of year 8 weeks is a good expectation. But we are able to accommodate shorter lead times and Emergency Services.
Q. Do you offer Tailoring Services for garments other than wedding dresses?

Q. Why is your pricing so much higher than other places?
A. Ronda is a third generation tailor trained in European Couture Tailoring techniques which require deconstructing the garment, re-shaping it and reassembling it for a high quality finished product that provides an exceptional tailored fit. Other places are only seamstresses rather than European skilled tailors. Since we are skilled in Couture techniques (hand tailoring) we never rush our process. Couture Tailoring means most of our work is sewn by hand. We are able to do both machine tailoring and Couture tailoring and usually combine both on every project.
Q. Can you make a custom wedding dress for me?
A. We are not offering 'Bespoke' made to order at this time.
